Since its incorporation in 1977 the company has operated a fully integrated mill comprising of Spinning, Weaving, Dyeing Finishing and Yarn Dyeing unit.
The Company was incorporated in the framework of the Law of Domestic invesment, by deed number 30 dated July 12, 1977 notary in Jakarta at that time. In 1991 the company then decided to become a public company by a public offering listed it's shared on Jakarta Stock Exchange (JSE) and PT Bursa Efek Surabaya (SSE). |
