This ‘pure-biogenic product’ has been made into a wonderful branded barbecue fuel called COCOCHA. COCOCHA is an acronym for ‘COCOnut shell CHArcoal’, is formed into briquettes and since 1986 has been exported from Indonesia to many countries in the world like Australia, Japan, Korea, UK, Benelux, and Germany. COCOCHA is targeted toward the upper segment of the barbecue fuel market and is highly recommended by connoisseurs of fine barbecuing.

25 years COCOCHA the Charcoal Briquette - Biogenic, Natural and Environmental Friendly.

This is to certify that COCOCHA has turn 25 years old. During that, COCOCHA have fallen to get up and market conditions during the 25 years this has changed a lot. 25 years ago, we can be proud that we are the Pioneers of the Coconut Shell Charcoal briquette factory (first in the world), which raises from 3,600 - 3,800 kilo calories (the ordinary wood charcoal)to more than 7,000 kilo calories while the burning and rising from 45 minutes to three hours. And COCOCHA also the first time issued a cubic-shaped briquettes so that one container size 20 feet could be raised from 13 tons to 20 tons. Since 1989 we registered as passive and active participants in the exhibition at the prestigious World's Charcoal Fair, SPOGA Cologne, Germany.

Since that time, COCOCHA, never absent and alway present every year at the world level exhibition.

During the 25 years that we have customers who gave birth to a very loyal and the average age of our customers around 20-years-old. So the longer COCOCHA producer known by the world as the best Briquette Charcoal manufacturer and until now at the age of 25 in this year 2010, still image we maintain the reputation.

MAJOR MILESTONE

*December 1985*	:	Established The Company in Pontianak, with capital of US$600,000
*March 1987*	:	Opened marketing Office in Jakarta.
*November 1987*	:	Set up a warehouse in Jakarta for a repackaging process.
*September 1993*	:	Expanded and enlarged the repackaging warehouse in Jakarta.
*December 1995*	:	Discontinued producing wood charcoal and charcoal briquettes made from mangrove trees in accordance with new Government regulations.
*July 1996*	:	Commenced the production of ‘Leban’ wood charcoal as an improved high grade product to replace the use of mangrove trees.

MAIN PRODUCTS : Charcoal briquettes made of 100% coconut shell or mixed with wood & sawdust as required by purchaser.

INDUSTRIAL : Granulated coconut shell and wood charcoal.

AGRICULTURAL : Green charcoal mixed with compost for use as a fertilizer.
