เครื่องเงิน บ้านวัวลาย  จังหวัดเชียงใหม่  งานภูมิปัญญาอาชีพไทย  ที่สืบทอดกันมานาน กว่า 200 ปี ของบรรพบุรุษ  จากรุ่นสู่รุ่น จวบจนถึง ปัจจุบัน  

 เป็นอีกครอบครัวหนึ่งของลูกหลานช่างเงินแห่งบ้านวัวลาย เป็น ผู้รับการถ่ายทอดทักษะและ ซึมซับงานศิลปะพร้อม เทคนิคการทำเครื่องเงินเกือบทุกขบวนการผลิตตามแบบภูมิปัญญา จากบิดา เป็นรุ่นที่ 3  

     ความภาคภูมิใจ เป็นแรงบันดาลใจที่ทำให้ได้ศึกษาต่อด้านการออกแบบเครื่องประดับ และอัญมณีศาสตร์ จากสถานบันอัญมณีศาสตร์แห่งเอเชีย  เมื่อสำเร็จการศึกษา จึงได้นำสิ่งที่ได้เล่าเรียนมาประยุกต์งาน พัฒนาต่อยอดธุรกิจ สร้างสรรค์ผลงาน ในนาม..   เอสชาญ

     เอสชาญจิวเวลรี่ ก่อตั้งในปี พศ.2528 โดยคุณวิชชาญและ คุณสมศรี ผิวอ่อน   เริ่มจากเป็นผู้ผลิต ขายส่งเครื่องเงินในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ และกรุงเทพฯ โดยยึดแนว ทางศิลปะภูมิปัญญาเครื่องเงินที่มี อัตลักษณ์ สู่การพัฒนารูปแบบร่วมสมัย  โดยมีเอกลักษณ์ที่โดดเด่น คือ การออกแบบสร้างสรรค์ที่ทันสมัย  งานมีความประณีตเรียบร้อย  คุณภาพโลหะเงินเต็มมาตรฐาน ในหมวด ของใช้ ของตกแต่งบ้าน ของที่ระลึก และเครื่องประดับ เช่น กำไล กระเป๋า แหวน สร้อยคอ เข็มขัด  ฯลฯ จนเป็นที่รู้จัก   มีชื่อเสียงเป็นที่ยอมรับ อย่างกว้างขวาง ของลูกค้าทั้งใน และต่างประเทศ

     การผลิตที่มีการพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่อง ได้เพิ่มการผลิตหมวดเครื่องประดับเงิน ทอง เครื่องประดับอัญมณี และวัสดุจากธรรมชาติ ที่ทำจากมือ ผสมผสานงานเทคโนโลยี สร้างสรรค์พัฒนาแบบร่วมสมัย  ในรูปแบบ  classic/unique / masterpiece  พร้อมผลิต ตามความต้องการของลูกค้า และของตลาด อีกทั้งได้พัฒนาขยายฐานลูกค้าสู่ตลาดสากล อย่างมั่นคง

Silverwork at Baan Wua Lai, Chiang Mai province, one of the Thai heritage craftsmen, has long been handed down from generations to generations for over 200 years.

Somsri Boonrueang (Pewon) is the member of one silver craftsmen family.  Accordingly she becomes the third generation to learn not only the skills, but also the arts and techniques of silverwork for almost all the production lines.  

This pride therefore inspired her to study about decoration and jewelry design from Asian Institution of Gemology Science. After graduation, she has applied the knowledge to develop her business under the name ‘S. Charl Jewelry.’

S.Charl Jewelry was founded in 1987 by Mr Wicharl and Mrs. Somsri Pewon. Starting from producing and selling silverwork within Thailand, the business aims its products to have a unique, modern and contemporary art. Every product must be delicate and contain full silver quality standard. The main product lines are utensils, decorations, souvenirs and ornaments such as bracelet, purse, rings, necklace, belts, etc. S.Charl silverwork has been known and accepted by its customers within its country and abroad.

From the continuous development of the production and design, we have recently added natural materials to the silverwork. All of them are made by hands and technology of design under the concept ‘creative design tradition via contemporary art.’  We are ready to produce upon your request and the market in our homeland and foreign countries.
