บริษัท ภัทรไพล์ลิ่ง จำกัด (Pattara Piling Co., Ltd.) จัดตั้งขึ้นในปี พ.ศ. 2532 (ค.ศ. 1989) โดยดำเนินธุรกิจผลิตและจำหน่ายผลิตภัณฑ์คอนกรีตอัดแรงทุกชนิด อาทิ เสาเข็มคอนกรีตชนิด ไอ และ สี่เหลี่ยม คุณภาพสูง ซึ่งเป็นรากฐานที่แข็งแกร่งและมั่นคงให้กับสิ่งก่อสร้างทุกชนิด เพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของตลาดที่เพิ่มมากขึ้น โดยมีทุนจดทะเบียน 20 ล้านบาท ก่อตั้งโรงงานบนเนื้อที่ 86 ไร่ ริมถนนปทุมธานี-บางเลน

   Pattara Piling Company was founded in 1989 within 20 million baht registering capital to manufactures and distributes stressed concrete products such as high quality I type concrete beam, which is the strong and secure foundation of all constructions.  The factory locates at Pathumthani-Banglane road side with 86 rai areas.

   บริษัท พงษ์ภัทร เอนเตอร์ไพรส์ จำกัด (Pong-Pat Enterprise Co., Ltd.) ก่อตั้งขึ้นก่อนตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2519 (ค.ศ. 1976)  แต่ได้หยุดดำเนินธุรกิจตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2537 (ค.ศ. 1994) โดยให้บริษัท ภัทรไพล์ลิ่ง เป็นผู้ดำเนินธุรกิจแต่เพียงผู้เดียว จนกระทั่งปี พ.ศ. 2546 (ค.ศ. 2003) ธุรกิจคอนกรีตอัดแรงขยายตัวเพิ่มขึ้น จึงกลับมาดำเนินกิจการอีกครั้ง โดยแบ่งส่วนการผลิต ให้บริษัท ภัทรไพล์ลิ่ง เป็นผู้ผลิตและจำหน่ายคอนกรีตอัดแรงบางชนิด อาทิ เสาเข็ม, Plank Girder, Box Girder และ Segment ฯลฯ  ส่วนบริษัทพงษ์ภัทร เอนเตอร์ไพรส์ ทำหน้าที่ผลิตและจำหน่ายคานคอนกรีตอัดแรงขนาดใหญ่ อาทิ  Pre-tensioned I & C Girder และงาน  Post-tensioned I & C Girder ให้กับผู้รับเหมาทั่วไปที่รับงานกับทางราชการและเอกชน โดยทั้ง 2 บริษัท ตั้งโรงงานอยู่บนเนื้อที่เดียวกัน และแบ่งงานด้านการผลิตออกเป็น 2 ทีม ซึ่งมีผู้บริหารที่มีประสบการณ์ และวิสัยทัศน์กว้างไกลในการดำเนินธุรกิจอุตสาหกรรมก่อสร้างอย่างมืออาชีพ ตลอดจนบุคลากรผู้เชี่ยวชาญเฉพาะทาง รวมเป็นทีมเดียวกันในการวางแผนและปฏิบัติงาน

   PONG-PAT ENTERPRISE COMPANY  was  founded  before  since  1976  but  was  dosed  in  1994  to  the  PAT-TARA PILING COMPANY  solely  operate  the  business.  In  addition to  more  market  expansion of  the stressed concrete business, the company has been re-conducted. The business has been divided into 2 groups. PAT-TARA PILING COMPANY manufacture and distribute stressed concrete such as beam plank girder, box girder and sequent. PONG-PAT ENTERPRISE COMPANY manufacture and distribute big size stressed concrete such as prestressed concrete I & C grider and Post tension I & C girder to general contractor of goverment job located in the same areas. Both companies have separated production jobs into 2 teams under the superision of experienced and high vision professional executive management team including specialize experts for planning and operation.
