Taking the opportunity of your visit here, may we briefly introduce you to our Min Zar Ni Co.,Ltd. We have 3 factories, 2 in Yangon and 1 in Sittway, Rakhine State. The new and modern factory situated in Hlaing Thar Yar Township has started the operation since 5 May 2001. Its cold storage capacity is 500 M.Ton. Its premises, buildings machinery and equipment are established and installed in accordance with International Standard. The value of premises, buildings, machinery and equipment is about US $ 1.75 million and local currency 200 million Kyats. All 4 factories of MZN are owned by Myanmar Nationality and not provided by Foreign assistance and Joint Ventured.

We have been processing Frozen Fish & Shrimp products in most hygiene way and exporting to USA, Australia, Japan, Hong Kong, Canada, EU countries and China PRC.The turnover of the 2000-2001 fiscal year was US $ 1.32 million and we won the Honourable Prize from FAO, United Nation for outstanding performance in export of Fishery products award.

All factories have been implementing Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point system so that all products from MZN are free from biological, chemical and physical foreign matters which cause harmful to consumer’s health.

In order to be more specific and precise, there is a mini laboratory and then water and ice used during the washing of raw material and processing must be analysed in order to avoid from cross-contamination to products and also microbiological analysis in coming raw materials. We have two metal detectors for incoming raw material and finish products.
