| 1.Boil 400 ml.of water. |

| 2.By medium flame (medium boiling bubble), add tapioca (sachet no.1) and stir |

| occassionary for 8 minutes. |

| 3.Take off the flame; and add cocounut cream powder and freeze durian (sachet no.2); |
| stir and mix well until coconut powder fully dissolved. |

| 4.Rest just a few minute; allow freeze dry mango to rejuvenate before serving. |

| *Suggest to serve with more fresh sliced mango. |

| ลงไปต้ม 8 นาที คนเป็นระยะ ๆ เพื่อไม่ให้เม็ดติดกัน |

| 3.ปิดไฟ เทกะทิผงและเนื้อมะม่วงอบแห้ง (ซอง no.2) แล้วคนจนกะทิผงละลายจนหมด |
|
| 4.วางพัก 2-3 นาที เพื่อให้เนื้อมะม่วงน้ำดอกไม้กลับคืนสภาพ และมีเนื้อสัมฝัสที่นุ่มอร่อย |
