Linear Motor Drive Wire-cut EDM Equipped with 4 Linear Motors The AQ750L is equipped with original linear motors (X,Y,U,V axis) to guarantee smooth and vibration free movements at all times. It provides stable machining condition even when cutting round and/or taper. Taper angle ±30° The unique machine construction, together with the long auxiliary travel, allows taper angle of ±30° High speed AWT The newly developed automatic wire threading unit reduces the wire threading time to 9sec. (14sec/cycle) Improved operability By adopting the U-shape workstand, it reduces the set-up time specially when clamping a large size workpiece. In addition, the one-touch automatic slide tank improves operability. Long time continuous machining The 20kg wire feeder and the wire chopper unit are standard to support long time continuous machining.
