ลักษณะของระบบปรับสภาพอากาศในโรงเรือน ได้แก่

• การกกไก่ในช่วงเริ่มต้นการเลี้ยงตั้งแต่ลูกไก่อายุ 1 วันแรกเป็นช่วงวิกฤติที่สำคัญ การกกลูกไก่ด้วยเครื่องกกแก๊ส หรือใช้เครื่องทำความร้อน จึงเป็นสิ่งที่มีความจำเป็นมาก
• พัดลมดูดอากาศจากภายนอกเข้ามาในโรงเรือน และถูกนำไปขับความร้อนส่วนเกิน รวมทั้งการระบายก๊าซแอมโมเนีย คาร์บอนได้ออกไซด์ ฝุ่นละอองและสิ่งแปลกปลอมต่างๆออกจากโรงเรือน โดยภายในถูกแทนที่ด้วยอากาศบริสุทธิ์
• ระบบทำความเย็นแบบ Evaporative cooling ทำหน้าที่ลดอุณหภูมิในโรงเรือนที่สูงเกินไปให้เย็นลง ไก่ที่เลี้ยงมีความเป็นอยู่ที่สุขสบาย ไม่เครียดและเจริญเติบโตได้ดีตลอดวงรอบของการเลี้ยงไก่
• โปรแกรมแสงสว่างภายในโรงเรือน เป็นสิ่งที่ความสำคัญมาก ผ้าม่านทางด้านข้างโรงเรือนช่วยในการปรับแสงแดดที่ส่องเข้าไปในโรงเรือน แสงสว่างยังมีความสำคัญมากต่อการเจริญเติบโตของไก่ในทุกช่วงของการเลี้ยง ทั้งในตอนกลางวันและในตอนกลางคืน

The features of air conditioning in the poultry house are;

• Chick brooding at the beginning from day old is critical period. Brooding chicks with gas brooder or heater is essential too.
• Air ventilation by exhaust fans for air exchange from outside into inside the house. Consequently remove excessive temperature, ammonia, carbon dioxide dust and other impurities out of the house and replace with fresh air outside.
• Evaporative cooling system is the procedure to cool down excessive temperature in the poultry house, thus encourage chickens’ well being, preventing heat stress and allows significantly rapid growth throughout the production cycle.
• Lightening programs in the poultry are also very important. The common physical program is curtains at sidewall of the house to adjust lighting from sunshine. The lightening programs in the house, however, are very important too. Since it influents poultry growth in every period of each cycle both daytime and night time.

MASTER ALFAN produces the following types of high capacity fans: 1270 (50’’). Beside the fans, shutters and blades are also produced according to customers’ request. Fan shutters can easily be assembled and disassembled. Therefore, the shutters are mobile and it is convenient to clean.
All MASTER ALFAN cooling ventilation fan bodies are produced from galvanized steel sheet. For the blades, MASTER ALFAN offers three types such as; special aluminum alloy, stainless steel and galvanized steel sheet. All blade types have special curvature for obtaining high efficiency and strength.

1. Aluminum Blades: These blades are produced from special aluminum alloy and have 2 mm. thicknesses.
2. Stainless Steel Sheet Blades: These blades are produced from either 304 quality or 403 quality stainless steel sheet and have 1 mm. thickness.
3. Galvanized Steel Sheet Blades: These blades are produced from galvanized steel sheet and have 1 mm. thickness.

ระบบทำความเย็นนี้ เป็นการใช้กระดาษคูลลิ่งแพดสำหรับทำความเย็น โดยมีชั้นบางๆของน้ำที่เคลือบกับผิวกระดาษไฟเบอร์ ที่มีลักษณะเป็นลูกฟูกสลับไปมา เมื่ออากาศจากภายนอกที่แห้งและร้อนถูกดูดจากพัดลมผ่านเข้ามาในแผ่นคูลลิ่งแพด น้ำที่ซึมซับอยู่บนเยื่อกระดาษ จะดูดซับความร้อนในอากาศและระเหยออกไป โดยพาความร้อนจำนวนมากออกไปด้วย ดังนั้นอุณหภูมิของอากาศที่ผ่านคูลลิ่งแพดที่เปียกชื้นนี้จึงลดลง ตลอดการทำงานนั้น

This cooling system uses special paper of cooling pad for cooling. By thin layers of water coating the fiber surface with switch features corrugated. When the weather outside is dry and hot sucked into the fan through the cooling pad, water absorbed on the pulp and absorbs heat and evaporates into the air. By taking out a lot of heat, therefore, the temperature of the air through the cooling pad, wet it down throughout the cooling function.
